Title: Application Chemist - Scientific Instruments
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1) Lab administration assistant, reagents and standard preparing and sample te
sting preparation,
2) Application notes clean up and organization
Requirement:
1) Master degree above, major in Analytical Chemical, Pharmaceutics or other r
elated.
2) Good communication and individual initiative

Title: Service Engineer - Scientific Instruments
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1) To assist, prepare the installation and service tasks around Shanghai area,

2) To understand the SID service process and work flow.
Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree, Major in Analytical Chemicals, or other related.
2) Good communication and individual initiative

Title: Service Engineer – Customer Channels
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1) To provide technical service, including installation, validation and applic
ation support for end user customers and dealers.
2) To supports work for the sales desk when required.
3) To assist in designing and providing new product and application training f
or dealers;
Requirement:
1) Technical background, major in Electrical preferred
2) Fluent speaking and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
3) Must be able to travel frequently on business trips within China and at tim
es internationally.
4) Must possess strong capabilities of time management and service customers e
fficiently.

Title: Customer Service Representative - Customer Channels
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1) To coordinates with sales specialist, service engineer, and customer accord
ing to Operational Statements to ensure a positive customer service.
2) To assist in developing and maintaining sales and service documentation.

3) To provides sales support in proposal and presentation creation for specifi
c sales opportunities.
Requirement:
1) Chemical or Bioscience Background preferred.
2) Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral.
3) Must possess strong capabilities of time management.
4) Familiar with MS Office and other related computer software if need.
