职位名称：咨询顾问助理（1位）

职位描述：

岗位职责：

1.参与项目开发过程中的前期调研，并结合调研结果撰写诊断报告及项目建议书；

2.负责进行项目所需资料搜集与行业研究；

3.参与项目推进过程中的内部研讨，并根据形成的思路框架撰写方案；

4.参与系列方案的内部提交与内部评审；

5.负责项目相关资料和项目过程文件的归总、存档；

6.协助项目经理对相关方案及方案所涉及的理论内容在企业的提交与宣贯；

7.协助项目经理辅导企业方推进系列方案与管理办法的实施与执行；

8.协助企业逐步提升管理水平，确保客户满意度。



任职资格要求：

1.医学,药学等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2.具备较强的分析与诊断能力、系统的管理理论与扎实的写作功底；

3.英语6级以上；

5.具备良好的学习能力与学习意愿

工  作 时 间：每天9：00—18：00，中午休息一小时；
