WCDMA Test Engineer （2）

Job description :

1. Responsible for WCDMA NodeB subsystem test
2. Setup the WCDMA NodeB test environment and test platform
3. Subsystem level and system level troubleshooting and technical supporting f
or wireless base station products
4. Working with software system designer and hardware integration engineer to
analyzing product performance
5. Work with other hardware integration engineer and software design/test engi
neers to ensure on-time product delivery per schedules
6. Contribute and adhere to formally hardware integration process and procedur
es
7. Interface customer to understand product requirement and address issues pro
mptly


Requirement :

1. Experience: One years in WCDMA NodeB subsystem test, NodeB Hareware develop
ment or test experience is preferred
2. Familiar with wireless systems (GSM, UMTS, LTE) network architecture and pr
otocols
3. Education background: Bachelor or above
4. Major in electronic engineering, telecommunication, computer science, or re
lated
5. Skillful in using RF instruments such as spectral analyzer, network analyze
r, vector signal analyzer, signal generator, power meter, frequency counter an
d oscilloscope in the Lab work
6. Good interpersonal skills, communication, team work
7. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral, CET-6
8. Other requirements: Capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job enviro
nment; team work capabilities

The following skills and experience would be an asset：

1. The general telecom knowledge would be appreciated
2. Familiar with product test and development process
3. Experience in the industry or s/w development company is desirable. Working
experience in international telecom/software companies is a plus.



Position Title: WCDMA NodeB Software Engineer （3）

Job Description：

1. Responsible for independently design, implementation, testing, maintenance
of NodeB software (including high-level design, detail design, coding, unitary
test, and sub-system integration test), with the deliveries specified in the
quality plan;
2. Contribute and adhere to UMTS quality processes and committed project sched
ule;
3. Review and analyze feature requirements, and provide technical solutions to
gether with other team members;
4. Effectively and promptly working and communicating with architect team, tes
ting team, and peers to look for design solution and problem resolutions;
5. Being highly responsive and capable of managing changes and multi-tasks dur
ing the development phase;

Requirement:
1. At least Bachelor Degree in computer science, telecommunications, and/or re
lated majors;
2. More than 2 year experience in a similar role; experience in an internation
al telecom/software companies is a plus;
3. Strong C, C++/Java or Pearl/Shell script programming skills & experience
4. Familiar with Unix/Linux programming, embedded system programming(vxwroks/l
inux..) experience is preferred
5. Familiar with s/w development processes, knowledge of a configuration manag
ement tool (Clearcase, CVS)
6. Basic knowledge of Wireless system (UMTS, GSM, CDMA, LTE etc) architecture

7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, highly self-motivated and aut
onomous in the work, professional and effective communications both internally
and externally, good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’
s success
8. Fluent in English reading and writing, mid-level English communication skil
