ABB CNILG培训生要求与相关职责 ABB CNILG Training Student requirement& responsibility

基本要求（Basic Skill, all required）:
 完成硕士阶段基础课程，进入课题设计阶段。 (Have finished the basic courses in Master period.)
 通过国家研究生英语水平测试，较熟练的英语读写能力。 (Have  passed  the Graduate English Test .Be able to communicate effectively both in reading and written English,  )
 基本的模拟电路，数字电路及测试仪器使用知识。 (Basic knowledge of  Analog Electronic, Digital Electronic and relative measurement equipment)
 电子设计，自动控制或电力电子相关专业。 (Background/studies in Electronic Design, Automatic Control , Electric power. or relevant field )

优先条件（Priority Skill, anyone preferred）
 有EDA电子设计相关经验。 (Have relevant experiences in  Electronic Design Automation)
 精通嵌入式单片机或DSP开发。 (Have sound knowledge and expertise in  Embedded System or DSP system Development.)
 熟悉电子设计仿真。 (Familiar with electronic simulation processing.)
 具有一定EMC经验，了解相关的国家标准，国际标准。 (Have basic knowledge of Electro Magnetic Compatibility. and relative standards )
 英语口语能力，沟通能力较强。 (Able to express in oral English , good interpersonal and communication skills.)

岗位职责(Job Responsibility):
学习电子设计的相关流程和技能.
To learn product development process and systems, and develop skills required
 在ABB技术专家指导下参与相关研发项目,包含软硬件开发,测试和分析,编写技术文件,提供从研发到生产过程的技术支持等.涉及领域包含: To perform part of the research projects with the guide of the experts in ABB in the following areas:
 低压控制研究与相关测试（Low  voltage controller development and testing）
 工业智能通讯（Industry Communication）
 电子线自动化设计（EDA Design）
 软件模块化（Software modularization）
 开关电源设计（Switching power supply）
 漏电保护（RC）
 双电源控制（ATSE）
 软启动（SOFTSTARTER,PSR）  
 电子热过载继电器 ( EOL )
the work tasks including execute software or hardware development ,analysis and test draft out product related technical documents, such as develop plan, technical report, BOM  provide technical support throughout the product development process of assigned project, etc.

汇报对象(Report to):
 主管或项目负责人(Supervisor or Project leader.)

培训期(Duration):
 6个月(2008年7月中下旬开始)

其他(others):
工作时间:5天每周,8小时每天 .享受国家法定假日
薪资待遇:2500元/月;包工作餐;提供宿舍(三人间,个人支付100元/月)
