Our client, a reputable european company is recruiting Manager of Finance and Commerce. The details is as follows：

The job responsibility:

Ø Manager of Finance and Commercial for the Chinese Ltd. Company reporting to the General Manager in China and the Managing director of the Holding Co. in Germany
Ø Being responsible for the monthly accounts incl. the financial reporting package to the German HQ
Ø Dealing with local tax authorities
Ø Commercial contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
Ø Commercial tender preparation
Ø Administrative day 2 day business
Ø Responsibility for project calculations


The candidate

Ø has a degree in finance/ accounting / economics, MBA welcome
Ø min. 5 years experience in construction or engineering Company
Ø fluency in English and Mandarin, German or Spanish knowledge is an advantage
Ø familiarity with local accounting systems
Ø international contract management experience
Ø flexible and dynamic
