职位描述：
SEO/SEM市场专员将负责领导多项针对我们体育内容网站的SEO/SEM市场方面的工作。最重要的工作是搜索引擎优化和搜索引擎市场化以及对总体市场效果负责。
候选者之前应拥有SEO/SEM的市场推广经验，愿意不断接受新的挑战，快速的学习能力，同时也享受在快速发展的互联网环境中工作。候选者应当至少是一个体育爱好者。
工作职责：
1.领导，研究和定义具体的搜索引擎优化的需求，使投资回报率最大化，提高排名和被自然搜索到的次数
2.网站HTML内容优化，以及管理网站链接项目
3.目标关键字清单优化，内容拓展以及文案优化
4.管理和协调SEM项目的执行（包括运营和报告需求），使项目根据结果进行调整，并且持续的测试使投资回报最大化

The SEO/SEM Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading multiple key aspects of the SEO/SEM marketing initiatives for our sports content website. Your key focus will be on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) but you will also lead Search Engine Marketing (SEM or paid placement) as well as contributing to our overall marketing efforts as required. The candidate should have hands-on prior SEO/SEM experience in online marketing, willing to thrive on new challenges, learn quickly and enjoy working in a fast-paced internet environment. The ideal candidate should be sports fans.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead, research, and define detailed SEO requirements that maximize ROI and increase rank and volume of targeted natural search result listings.
- Recommend optimizations for HTML content and managing link building projects.
- Optimize targeted keyword lists, content development, and copywriting.
- Manage and coordinate SEM program execution (including operational and reporting needs). Make program adjustments based on results and continue to test and refine to maximize ROI.
- Provide ongoing reporting of results with consistent forecasting and delivery.
- Identify core user insights to drive the development of best in class online marketing programs.
Requirements
- College Graduate with CET-4 or above.
- Two years hands on SEO experience with specific knowledge on current search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
- One year hands on SEM experience with specific knowledge of how to operate Baidu Subject, Google AdWords, Yahoo Overture, and MSN adCenter programs.
- Experience with online marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Independent and able to run projects with little supervision.
- Familiar with HTML, Javascript, ASP, PHP, CSS; Master at HTML.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, organization, multi-tasking and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, rapidly changing and highly competitive industry.
- Strong PC skills including MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
