Department: Automation & Drive Siemens

Position: Intern

Location:  the Exchange Buiding，Nanjing Road, Tianjin

部门：自动化与驱动

职位：实习生

地点：天津市南京路津汇广场写字楼



Main responsibilities:

- Support service coordination, governance, including application, request and daily issue

- follow up on signature approval process for expense claim, applications and purchasing.

- Daily paper work and provide administrative support.

- Basic stocking administration.

-Other daily office issues.

主要职责：

-处理日常事务，包括其他同事的申请等等

-跟踪经理签字，票据整理，同事报销事项处理等

-日常文字处理和管理工作

-基础用品管理

-其他的办公室日常事务



Requirements:  

- Strong team spirit with a convincing personality and confident positive manner, detailed-oriented  

- Good command of written English, CET-6 is required.

- Good command of PC skills, Excel especially.

- Good inter-personal and communication skills

- Female is preferred

要求：

-较好的英语能力

-较好的计算机水平，主要是在办公室文件处理

- 良好的与人沟通的能力

-男女不限，女士优先



Sufficient time:  

-Be able to start working from the beginning of July, and could last at least 6 months, at leat 3 days a month. This is strictly required, if you dont match this requirement, please do not send your resume, thank you for your coorperation.

时间要求：

-实习期从七月初开始，至少持续六个月，能够保证每周3天的出勤。
