软件开发中心

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related field;
- Good in oral and written English, CET 6;
- Knowledge and experience in Java related technology, like JDK, J2EE, XML; or C# development in .ne
t platform;
- Knowledge and experience in SQL, database;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team work spirit;
- Passion in learning new technology;
Accountability:
- Participate in shipping and logistics related project development;
- Participate in use case walkthroughs and requirements discussions;
- Responsible for object-oriented system design and review;
- Responsible for application development;
- Responsible for unit testing of the module and ensure quality of work;
- Responsible for production support.

Intern---- (QA)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related field;
- Good in oral and written English;
- Knowledge and experience in software testing or software engineering;

Accountability:
- Responsible for test case definition and execution;
- Participate in development review and configuration management;

Intern---- (Global Desktop Support)
Job description:
This position includes overall responsibility for consistent and optimized delivery of global deskto
p support service levels, including support of end-user workstations, software deployment, patch man
agement, development of global hardware/software standards, and desktop management software. Incorpo
rated into this position is a proactive approach to the development and/or enhancement of procedures
and/or methodologies to achieve optimum performance, delivery and continuity of Information Service
s.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese a must
- Strong team player
- Working knowledge of desktops/laptops, Microsoft desktop technologies:
- Microsoft Office support including Excel and PowerPoint
Accountability:
- Focus on Desktop Service first tier support. Ensure to handle all requests from global end user by
IM, email and phone call in an effective and good manner. Open the service request in SR portal. Cl
early classify problem category according to problem description and seek effective solution accordi
ng to KB and procedure within SLA.
- Ensure that level-1 and 2 issues experienced by end-users are handled in a manner that is both hig
h quality and aligned with business requirements. Escalate issues to Level 2 support, or external ve
ndors when required.
- Coordinate personnel resources such as user representatives to perform Level 1 tasks and incident
resolution.
- Ensure that all desktops are adequately secured against viruses and other malicious damage by depl
oying anti-virus tools and system updates as required.
- Act as a contact person for external vendors during installation, rearrangement, repair and/or rem
oval of equipment or services.
- All interactions, work flow, productivity levels and quality standards are implemented with a “Cu
stomer Service” approach to both the internal and external customers.
Internship /Projects duration: 6 ~12 months (start from July)
Intern---- (FoxPro Retirement Project)
Responsibilities:
- Convert all the over 150 SQL 2000 DTS packages into SQL 2005 SSIS packages, as described above.
Requirements:
- Pro-graduate students or Grade 4 university/College students
- Major in Computer Science or related.
- Good understanding on relational database concept and SQL scripts. Experience with MS T-SQL and MS
SQL Server 2000 DTS development or MS SQL Server 2005 SSIS development is highly preferable.
Internship /Projects duration: about 6~12 months (start from July)
