RCM Graduate Programme

The global RCM Graduate Programme is designed to have you up and
running in your business area in just over 18 months. It begins with
an initial induction which, together with your theoretical training,
will help to familiarise you with our industry, products, systems and
culture.
We will provide an insight into the intricacies of Fund Management and
Equity Research. You will be making a significant impact on the future
of our business alongside your ongoing learning.
