General introduction: 



The Commercial Leadership Program(CLP) is an intense 2-year entry-level develo

pment program requiring 3 rotational assignments in key sales and /or marketin

g roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talents.  It P

repares candidates for a successful career in sales or marketing by providing 

the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while mak

ing valuable contributions to the organization.  With a dynamic sales curricul

um and structured assignments, program members can harness their outstanding c

ommunication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an u

nderstanding of quality customer partnerships.



CLP Program Job Specifications: 



1)Will have three 6-8 months assignments in different sales / marketing roles,

 which cover different products / regions / customers in China. (Mainly locate

d in Shanghai/Beijing/Guangzhou/Chengdu area)



2)Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable p

roducts to address those needs 

3)Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institu

te under different sales scenario 

4)Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard  

5)Will travel within and across the region 



Job Qualifications: 



1)1-2 years experience in sales related area or fresh graduates with Bachelor/

Master Degree, working experience & majored in Electrics/Electronics/Lighting 

Source are preferred.



2)Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under p

ressure 

3)Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel 

4)Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player 

5)Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential 

6)Fluent in English is a plus
