Position Title:Legal Assistant

Location:恒隆广场

Primary Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update Board/Corporate documentation
- Prepare and review commercial contracts such as Rebate Agreements and
Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Conduct legal research
- Maintain and update database of Greater China Sales Rep. &
Distributors; track and coordinate with commercial team renewal of
distribution agreements and related tollgate process steps; follow up with
commercial team on the same
- Maintain and update outside counsel and legal opinion database
- Track legal budget spending and coordinate outside legal fee payment
- Translate bilingual legal documents
- Coordinate team Pro Bono projects
- Provide overall administration support to the legal team

Qualifications Required:

- Undergraduate law degree with a reputable university
- Having passed PRC legal exam or bar member of a foreign jurisdiction
- Fluent in written and oral English and Chinese
- Solid values; excellent legal analytical, organization and execution
skills; excellent communication skills; team player; responsive to customers

Desired

- Master’s degree in law
