Position details

Title: PO Controller
Function:  Finance
Report to : Finance Controller, China  
Working Location:  Shanghai 
Main responsibility:
§          Non-trade purchase order creation/revision/tracking

§          4  special payment requests handling  

§          Supporting document (contract/agreement/quotation) collection and  filling

§         Communication with internal business functions and external vendors  if needed 

§          Support to the PTP team  and Ad-hoc assignments

 
Qualification
§          Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance related major is a must, with at least 2 years  related working experiences 

§          Basic  English skills in writing and reading

§          ERP  software, especially SAP experience is strongly preferred

§          Strong  sense of responsibility and be willing to work under pressure

§          Hardworking, patient, carefulness and a team player
