We are currently looking for a full time Intern to work in our Asia Leader
Development Department and the main responsibility and requirements are
listed below. Please send your CV to the email address below:

Main responsibilities
o Travel arrangement for the team, including air-tickets booking &
issuing, visa application, Travel Autorization preparation for the team,
hotel rooms booking.

o Payment processing, including prepare Purchase Request & collect
required approval, ensure timely payment transfer, filing all payment
materials

o Invitation letters preparation for team guest.

o Expense Reports preparation as requested

o Training materials & toolkits preparation.

o Other admin support for the team as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor or master degree
Good English skills in written and orally
Good MS skills
Good communication skills
Full time working internship basis


Working location

18F, Far East International Plaza, 319 Xianxia Road, Shanghai
(With easy access to MTR Line 2, Line 3 & Line 4)
