Multi-Language Support Program
Lenovo, China’s largest producer of PC’s is looking for native speakers of three languages including English, German, and French. This would be a summer position, providing technical support through telephone for those visiting Beijing during the Olympics. Although training will be provided, we are looking for individuals who are tech savvy and computer literate.

· JOB TITLE:
Technical Support Engineer/Manager
· JOB TYPE: Part-Time/Full-Time
· REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager
· LOCATION: Beijing, China
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Multi-Language Support Team for think product will launch on July 1st and support Olympic Games during the Aug.-Sep. in 2008;
2. Multi-Language Support Team will work with customers who speak English or German or French, diagnose problems and provide solutions on all supported ThinkPad & ThinkCentre products through telephone.
· TARGET CANDIDATES:
1. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software;
2. Good communications skills and ability to understand customer requirements;
3. Good systems thinking skills and problem solving approach;
4. Good interpersonal and team orientation skills;
5. A team player who shows initiative and assertiveness;
6. Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements.
· SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
1. Technical knowledge of ThinkPad & ThinkCentre is preferred;
2. Language ability in English. Chinese oral communication ability is strongly preferred;
3. Relative experience is a plus.
