-工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力和观察能力；
-对人才市场具备一定的敏感度和判断能力；
-良好的计算机操作能力；
-良好的自我激发能力及团队合作精神；
-能承受工作压力，并按时完成工作。
Intern Job Description
Major Task
- Search for junior level positions; understand the needs and requirements and
using techniques to accomplish the task, such as screening and database minin
g etc.
- Responsible for collecting relevant candidate information and providing real
-time services, this includes establishing talent pools, database mining and p
rocess optimization.
- Standardizing relevant JD format based in job responsibilities and requireme
nts.
- Sourcing candidates using advertising, database mining and screening techniq
ues.
- Develop expertise in these areas and build candidate client pool and databas
e using cold calls.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions;
2. Set target list for each case including corporation information for the spe
cial industries.
3. Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the
potential candidates;
4. Arrange face to face interview between candidates;
5. Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
6. Be responsible for conducting paper work;
7. Data entry and maintain database;
8. Get involved in other relevant responsibilities.
