Responsibility:
-To check billings and complete jobs arising from other departments.
-To check billings from vendors.
-To prepare vouchers.
-To collect money from Cash on Delivery clients.
-To collect settlements by cheques or cash from local clients.
-To deposit cheques and cash.
-To perform data input, validation, and filing duties.
-To reconcile monthly statements to clients
-To perform daily and monthly bank/cash position reports.
-To assist in month-end closing tasks.
-To take up additional accounting tasks as required to meet the Company’s needs

Qualification:
-University or college graduate with accounting disciplines.
-1-2 years’ relevant experience and computer accounting knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- good command of written English
- working experience with foreign investment company is preferrable
