II. Job Description
Reporting to: COO, CEO

1.HR Management
-Recruitment
-HR maintenance (contract registration with authorities, contract updates, archiving, employees reviews, …)
-Team building events organisation
-Training of new staff

2. Office management
-maintain the office in perfect condition
-set up and implement internal procedures in the office

3. Administrative tasks
-help the team on ad hoc tasks and projects

III. Profile
University graduate (minimum 3 years at a top international institution), fluent in Mandarin, English and ideally in another language (Japanese, Italian or French preferred), good understanding of customer service and customers' needs, have excellent writing skills and telephone manners in English, previous experience in HR and/or office management preferred.
