Shanghai Office – In-house Legal Assistant (Full time)
An US based investment company is currently recruiting for the position of fin
ance department manager to in charge of underwriting and analysis of acquisiti
ons and potential investment of new projects through valuation, financial mode
ling. The company has a strong investment track record in the past years and i
s seeking to expand its investment business in China.

Responsibilities
 Assist in the initial legal research;
 Responsible for drafting legal documentation;
 Responsible for underwriting and analysis of acquisitions, preparing
DD documentation and handling JV structures setup;
 Responsible for in-house documentation.

Requirements
 University degree with a proven track record in law firm;
 A minimum 1 year experience in practicing law;
 Comprehensive understanding and grasp of relevant laws and regulation
s;
 Equally proficient in both English and Chinese language.

Successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, have ex
tensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, demonstrate strong initiative, and thriv
e in a small-team work environment.
