Job Title：General Manager Office Intern

Location: 18F,Metro Building,Nanjing

Tasks:
1.Incoming and outgoing correspondence(mail/fax)
2.Travel Organization for GM and other VIP visitors
- Book hotels, flights, transportations
- Prepare travel expense report
3.Office administration work
- Order stationeries and pantry supplies
- Keep the office facilities in good conditions and request service from in-
house service groups
- Organize driver’s working schedule and other department issues
4.Preparation of documents in assistance to department manager
5.Assist to arrange big events(Annual Outing,Annual Party,etc.)
6.Expense claiming

Pay:10 yuan/hour

Education
- Bachelor degree or above

Knowledge/Languages
- Excellent in MS office software
- English written and spoken fluency
- Excellent capability for handing daily affairs

Request
At least 4 days/week occupied in work
At least 6-month contract signing (From June to December)
