1. Position Name: Technical Support Engineer

2. Supporting Language: Chinese

3. Project Period: whole Aug. (1 month)

4. Preferred Interview Time: May – June

7. Service Type: On site to customer location

8. JD-Responsibilities:

l Provide Technical Support in Chinese to the customer during Olympics period (whole Aug.)

l All support engineers are male and location is in the below list

l Service Type is onsite the customer location when getting call request

l Provide 7*24 stand-by availability during the whole Aug, and guarantee 1 hour onsite if emergency to perform installation for assigned customers to make sure the customers system running correctly with the latest patch / virus definition. Moreover, we will cooperate with back-end engineer to analyze and identify the source of problems and expedite solution when encountering some serious problems at customer site

9. JD-Requirements:

l Basic Knowledge of Windows operating systems

l Basic System troubleshooting skills

l 0 – 1 years of windows installation / troubleshooting experience;

l BS degree in computer science or related field preferred;

l Good communication skills is a must;

l Good team player is a must.
