Requirements:
MS or BS degree in EE with 5+ years experiences on consumer electronics produc

Skills and experiences in computer system，digital video decode system and hig
h speed digital system design.
Experienced in Hardware design flow, such as schematics design, PCB layout. co
mponent population and debugging.
Extensive experience/knowledge in Verilog or VHDL. Experienced in Xilinx FPGA

RTL level design, system simulations and functional verification.
RTL to netlist synthesis, formal verification and timing analysis.

JTAG boundary scan and full scan chain implementation as well as ATPG vector g
eneration.
Requirements:
MS/BS degree in EE or CS. 1+/3+ year experiences
Skills and experiences in MPEG, or H.264, or AVS decoder design.
Experienced in RTL simulation tools, Synopsis logic synthesis tools, Formal ve
rification tools and timing analysis tools.
Extensive experience/knowledge in Design-For-Test schemes.
Knowledge and technical background in one or more of the following areas are p
