1.Software Development Engineers - Embedded (two-way radios) (Èí¼þ¿ª·¢¹¤³Ìʦ)
Location: Chengdu

Description:
Responsible for applications development, device driver development and protocol stack implementation for embedded system.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor/Master degree on Computer Science, EE or Telecommunication with 2 years above experience in Real Time embedded Software development
2. Strong programming skills in C and C++ required
3. Understanding of Object Oriented programming and embedded development practices required
4. Knowledge with embedded RTOS is required, OSE, Nucleus, or VxWorks is a plus.
5. Experience with product development life cycle from start to finish is a plus.
6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability
7. Good communication skills in Chinese and English
8. Working experience on Rational Rose RT is preferable


2. Software Development Engineers - Windows Application (two-way radios) (Èí¼þ¿ª·¢¹¤³Ìʦ)

Location: Chengdu

Description:
Responsible for Windows applications development.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, EE or Telecommunication
2. Proficiency and Professional Experience in C++, C#, XML, XSL, ASP/JSP and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET application construction environment. (Above 2 years experience)
3. Experience/knowledge base using Rational tools like Rose RT is a plus.
4. Professional Experience in developing RDBMS Database applications.
5. Experience/knowledge base of wireless and/or serial data/network management protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, SNMP, USB, etc.
6. Good English skill, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability
7. Good ability to learn new technologies, be willing to face challenge
8. Having one of following experience will be a plus :
1) Experience/knowledge base in Software Development Process and Configuration Management.
2) Proficiency with the use of test equipment such as serial data and logic analyzers
3) Experience/knowledge base in JAVA applications.


3. Software Development Engineers - DSP (Êý×ÖÐźŴ¦Àí Èí¼þ¿ª·¢¹¤³Ìʦ)
Location: Chengdu

Description
Design, coding, and testing of the wireless communication software products.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor/Master degree on EE or Communication
2. Strong background of Digital Signal Processing and wireless communication software development
3. Familiar with digital audio processing, software defined radio technology, or industry standards on wireless communication system
4. 2+ years working experiences of DSP application development on Freescale, TI, or ADI DSP chips
5. Strong programming skills in C and C++ are required, and programming skills in assembly language are preferable.
6. Working experience on two-way radio system (APCO, TETRA, etc.) or cell phone system (GSM, CDMA, etc.) development is a plus.
7. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability
8. Good communication skills in Chinese and English
9. Knowledge of RTOS is preferable.
10. Working experience on Rational Rose RT is preferable.
