Job Title: Legal Intern
Location: current - Nanjing Road (W), Shanghai; future - GE Campus, Zhangjiang
, Shanghai

GE Commercial Finance (CF) Greater China is in a start up mode and intends to
have a full product offering including corporate lending products (e.g., Asset
Based Lending, Cash Flow Lending, Participations, Leveraged Finance Lending),
trade finance products, equipment leasing, Private Equity Investment, non-per
forming loan investments, commercial real estates investments and healthcare f
inancial services.

Job Descriptions:
Report to General Counsel, be responsible for day-to-day tasks on assigned are
as:
· Conduct research on China laws and regulations
· Legal documents translation and proof reading in English and Chinese
· Assist in preparing investigation materials/presentation materials
· Handle doc filing/maintenance
· Liaison with internal and external clients
· General administrative support
· Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:
· Graduate law students with majors in Commercial, Finance and Civil law
· Minimum 4 days per week
· Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English, Passed CET-6 or above
· Good research and PowerPoint skills
· Working experience in an in-house setting or law firm is desired but not re
quired
· Good communication and coordinating skills
· Detail-oriented and well organized
