Position 1:English Tutor

Motorola Home&Networks department Shanghai R&D Center is recruiting English tu
tor.


Objective:

English teaching includes speaking, writing and reading.


Requirements:

1.Majoring in English, 1st year graduate student preferred.

2.Professional English speaking, writing and reading skill.

3.Professional communication skill and similar teaching experience
preferred.

4.Work at least 2 days a week in the next 6 months.



Working Location:

No.1257 Mingyue Road, Jin Qiao Office Park, Pudong New District
(No shuttle bus, but with meal allowance).

Position 2: Assistant of program development ( Internship)


Department Information:

Motorola University Supply Chain Institute Asia , Responsible for various Supp
ly Chain professional competencies development covering both internal and exte
rnal customers. Department in charge training needs analysis, curriculums deve
lopment, program design, program implementation, instructor management ect.


Responsibility:

1.Provide assistance to instructional designer/SME/Principle during course
development phase, such as translation and verify course materials into English
or Chinese.

2.Organize and label course materials, simulation tools and full program
package appropriately to support the learning sessions roll out..

3.Provide assistance and working with marketing team to create course
brochure, flyer and schedule open class sessions for program promotion.

4.Other normal administrative support to Institute lead as required.


Knowledge/Skills:

1.English Language — Highly profession level on English especially in written
, expert knowledge of the structure and content of the English language inclu
ding the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Eng
lish language Master degree student is preferred.

2.Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum,training design and
measurement of training effects are plus for the qualification.
