Position title:
User Technology Assistant Engineer (SH)
Job Scope:
* Assist User Experience Engineer to conduct customer study activities, includ
ing:
- Support customer recruiting tasks,
- Coordinate customer interviews,
- Perform documentation processing, etc.
* Assist Information Developer to perform technical writing tasks, including:

- Writes, and edits operational, instructional, or maintenance for paper, mul
timedia or Web-based publication
- Researches and interprets technical information into manuals and/or Web-bas
ed documents for both non-technical and technical users
- Perform documentation verification test on the documentation

Key attributes:
* Bachelors degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, or Cognitive Psych
ology, or English is preferred
* Graduation time in 2009 is preferred
* Passionate to understand customer experience on product usage
* Excellent English writing skills with good knowledge about computer science

* Excellent communication skills in English
* Excellent teamwork spirit

Intern time frame:
* From May 20th 2008 to November 2008

Work place:
* Shanghai
