Job Description: A 2-year program in which analysts play an important role in the development of client projects. Duties include:

*Data gathering from one-on-one interviews, blog and BBS analysis, desk research, surveys, focus groups, and telephone interviews.3 @5 L% E% i/ d M! l* J9 d0 ~9 `

*Working directly with CMRs senior management to analyze data to develop strategic recommendations for clients. # v0 `2 V" m* q% N1 |7 ]5 a

Business Analysts typically join us after completion of an undergraduate or masters degree, or after 1-2 years work experience in a non-strategy consulting field. While we welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and majors, we require the following attributes:

Why CMR?

CMR invests heavily to ensure its team members have the best possible training. Upon entering the company, Business Analysts start in CMR Academy, our in-house institution for training team members on a formal, on-going basis. CMR Academy consists of a series of Learning Modules, the first four of which provide intensive training in the tools we use every day. While CMR also emphasizes the invaluable skills gained from hands-on work experience, the formal learning process continues at regular intervals throughout the 2-year program, for a total of 20 Learning Modules.
