Job Description:
Position :Management Trainee, Institutional（大三培训生）

Responsibilities:
1.Driving sales, developing, servicing and managing a territory of institutional accounts that include hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools, other institutions and distributors
2.Dealing directly with customers, and their success depends not only on the ability to sell Ecolab’s institutional cleaning and sanitation solutions (products and services), but also on the ability to provide each customer with prompt, personal, and reliable service.
3.Selling and servicing new accounts as you continue to grow and service existing accounts of restaurant, lodging, and other institutional foodservice customers.

Requirements:
1.BA/BS degree, major in chemical, food science, hotel management, mechanical or other related will be preferred
2.Possess mechanical reasoning ability and exhibit problem solving skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment and dispensing systems
3.Possess excellent planning and organizational skills, strong relationship management capability, and demonstrate the flexibility to adapt and adjust the day to assist the customers in order to succeed in this fast paced multi-tasking environment
