Position: Compliance Officer
Job Responsibilities:
-
To assist in establishing and maintaining the Key Applicable Laws/Regulations/Professional Standards(ALRPS)
-
To advise the Management and Business Units on compliance issues
-
To communicate properly with Regulators
-
To conduct legal research on specific banking issues and to explain the new regulations to the Bank staffs.
-
To provide other compliance support.
Job Requirements:
-
Degree in Law and passed judicial exam preferred
-
3-5 years working experience (with 1-2 years banking experience)
-
Proficient in written and oral communication in English
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Responsible and meticulous
