Development: We will provide new challenges and responsibilities according to your performance. You will get promotion within 6 months to Senior Researcher or Associate Consultant.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze Job Description, Track news / events about our clients’ industry & competitors, mostly focusing on merger & acquisition, hiring, change in leadership, new product release etc.
* Make cold call and communicate mostly through the telephone.
* Communicate with candidates and keep good relationship.
* Attend interviews with his/her consultant if necessary.
* Ensuring CVs are up-to-date with information and coded in the particular folder
* Arrange interviews regarding to all interview details.
* Support the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functions.
* Get involved in some other relevant responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Good English including oral and written.
* Good interpersonal communication skill and easy to cooperate,
* Team working.
* Target oriental.
* Can take pressure.
* Be responsible.
* Smart, diligent and willing to learn;
* Familiar with office software.
