IT intern

-Support Fin./MFG/SMS/BO/Citrix Security
-Apply new ID
-Change existed ID Setting
-Disable resigned employee ID
-Reset password
-Handle the daily calls and e-mails from users
-Log the issue in Test Director and escalate to Application Specialist
-Track and maintain the status of issue in TD
-Understand request from functional depts.
-Complete the change request forms to Data Admin/ACC/WHQ
-Follow up with Data Admin/ACC/WHQ to Execute Security Change
-Confirm with user acceptance


要求：大二、大三和研一学生均可，每周至少三天来公司实习，简历上要写明可以实习
