Position Description

Position Title: Flash Programmer
Department: Website Team Location: Shanghai
Reports to (Title): Web Manager

1. Qualifications / Skills and Experience
Requirements

• Solid Actionscript 2.0 (and some 3.0) skills are a must, and experienc
e developing games and websites is highly preferable.
• You must be a talented, creative programmer with good organization ski
lls who is motivated to meet tight deadlines. You will work in small teams wit
h artists, managers and designers; good communication skills and team work are
necessary.
• Some of your tasks might include simulating 3D and realistic physics f
or games, creating simple opponent artificial intelligence, and developing mul
tiplayer games.
• This will include adding interactivity to 3d animations, creating butt
ons, flash players, pre-loaders etc.
• They must have a few years industry experience – we don’t want anyon
e who’s fresh out of university.
• Other coding language (HTML, PHP, Java) would be very beneficial but n
ot absolutely necessary.
• English is not required but very helpful.
