Position
Media Developer for Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) - English Speaking


Area
Within SAP, Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) industrializes the knowled
ge production, pushes innovation in knowledge transfer, and productizes experi
ence-based knowledge.
The area Media Development is responsible for capturing knowledge in user-frie
ndly and interactive media solutions. These solutions include eLearnings, Flas
h, animations, live sessions
system simulations, etc. The KPS team is a service provider who helps the SAP
groups Development, Consulting, Support and Sales to create the relevant produ
ct information for all SAP software solutions.


Tasks
As a part of the KPS team, you will be responsible for the design and creation
of media solutions (e.g. graphics, animations, simulations) as well as the pr
oduction of design standards and guidelines. You will also cover all aspects o
f design, development and utilization of the media to improve the effectivenes
s of Knowledge Transfer solutions.

The wide range of responsibilities includes:
• Roll-in of the media demands of SAP internal and external customers
• Develop, test and publish media objects (e.g. graphics, animations, si
mulations) according to the demands
• Set up and improve the whole production process incl. standards and gu
idelines
• Ensure highest quality, process efficiency and customer orientation


Requirements

 You have a good university degree, preferably in Media and Graphic De
sign.
 Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
 Strong ability to deliver on time and ensure highest quality.
 Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under t
ight deadlines.
 You appreciate working in an international, dynamic and virtual team.

 You like to provide solutions and work independently with a high serv
ice orientation for our customers.
