职责范围 (Job Responsibility) :
1.Development of embedded software systems for video display/processing/control, involve in all phases of the embedded software development cycle including research, design, implementation, system debug, and documentation.
2.Firmware development for ARM Platform embedded system bootloader, device driver, embedded OS.
3.Assist hardware team to complete hardware debugging.
4.Graphics related application/engine development .
5.Constructing testing environment for ARM firmware.

职位要求 (Job Requirement)：
1. Solid skills developing in C and assembly languages ,Experience developing and debugging embedded systems, ARM, PowerPC...)familiar with peripherals and protocols, Handsome experience of firmware development under WinCE embedded OS especially be good at,:
· ARM(Freescale I.MX series) Architecture
· Porting/programme Bootloader (EBoot) or drivers in WinCE(DDR SDRAM, FLASH, UART,Ethernet,LCD,USB,I2C,Touchscreen,Video Decoder)
· ARM development flow and IDE development Tools (Multi-ICE Emulator, ADS1.2/Realview)
· WinCE IDE development Tools(Platform Builder)
· GUI design and development in WinCE
2. Knowledge of Video CODEC standard and principle, eg: CCIR656,MPEG-1/2/4,
3. At least 2 years experience of firmware software development
