1. Development firmware in Embedded System Platform
2. Help the team debug hardware/firmware

Qualifications/Requirements
1. EE or CS Master above, Phd is prefered
2. Good knowledge in Computer architecture
3. Good knowledge in FPGA, experiences in VHDL, Verilog
4. Hand-on experiences in Hardware Design
5. Familiar with C/C++
6. Good Team Player
7. Good problem solving skills
8. Good at communication both in Chinese and English

Desired Requirements:
Working 3 or more days per week in Zhangjiang

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
-To evaluate the system formats in video compression
-To implement them on PC and embedded platform

Qualifications/Requirements:
-MS/PhD student in CS/EE, video CODEC background required
-Talented and enthusiastic about video technologies
-Strong programming skills in C/C++
-Solid understanding of video system specificaition
-Experiences of CODEC plug-ins
-Team-work and commited


Desired:
-Knowledge of mp4, wmv and rmvb preferred
-Embedded system experiences preferred
-Working 4 or more days per week at GE Zhangjiang site
