IT Specialist - Intern
Responsibilities:
 Assisting users to resolve problems with specialized and dedicated te
chnology systems; implements solutions or notifies outsource providers as requ
ired.
 Installs and troubleshoots problems with the user PCs including insta
lling new OS and applications, installing upgrades and assisting users to solv
e software problems.
 Troubleshoots problems with peripheral equipment, PBX, and Zeiss netw
orks including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software.
 Maintains the Windows system, Lotus Notes, MS Office, Symantec Anti-v
irus client and other applications on user’s desktop/laptop including system
installation, repairing, backup and recovery, patching, upgrading and user man
agement and data security
 Assists in Installing and maintaining network systems, Watchgurd Fire
box, Cisco router and related peripheral equipment, and network administration
and security functions ensuring system integrity and security.
 Assists in administration of Windows server, Lotus Domino, MS SQL ser
ver and other software systems.
 Schedules and coordinates network installation, application developme
nt and systems integration provided by outside service contractors.
 Makes purchase recommendations to IT Manager, including helping users
assess needs and providing justification for equipment and services.

Requirements:
 Student, major in Computer Technology
 Have experience in related job is preferred
 Fluent in English
 Have at least 3 working days, can work at least 4-6 months as Intern
