================Who we are=================
We, the IBM GES(Global Engineering Solutions) Chip Design
(China) team are the IBM local IC design center in China of
IBM GES, which provide IC design services to the clients all
over the world and support IBM internal chip and semiconductor
development missions.

-- We, the IBM GES Chip Design(China) team, has come to China
for more than 3 years.
-- We have invited most of the top designers from the graduates
to join IBM in these 3 years -- that makes us so successful
a design center.
-- We will keep doing this and we are waiting for you right
here to be part of our SAGA.

=============What we do=====================
We provided IC design services to the clients all over the
world and support IBM internal chip and semiconductor development
missions:

-- We help our clients to design PowerPC based SoC design.
-- We provided backend design services (Timing, PD, package,
etc -- ASIC design services in IBMs glossary :) )
-- We provided frontend design services(logic design,
verification, FPGA demo, etc.)
-- We also do analog design, circuit design, foundry AE, etc.

In one word:

We are not just doing "peice of these" but really we are
doing "ALL of these". We provide so called "end to end" SoC,
ASIC and other semiconductor solutions to our customers in
China and worldwide.

=============What position we have==========
1. 职位：逻辑设计/验证工程师
需要人数：4-5
需要技能：
- 熟悉数字逻辑电路设计,掌握Verilog/VHDL等硬件描述语言
- 据有从事数字电路设计/验证经验1年以上，有SoC设计验证
经验为佳
- 熟练掌握NC-verilog/VCS等仿真工具
- 掌握System Verilog/e等验证语言为佳，熟悉C/C++
- 熟悉linux工作环境，以及掌握TCL, Perl，SH脚本
- 熟悉数字电路综合，了解DFT以及后端设计流程
- 具有很好的解决问题能力，良好的英语沟通能力，很好的
团队工作精神，以及文档能力
实习地点：上海
时间要求：每周至少3天，至少6个月

2. 职位：ASIC设计工程师
需要人数：5
需要技能：
- 熟悉芯片后端设计流程，从netlist handoff至tape out
- 熟悉Synthesis, DFT，STA，Floorplanning&Clocking为佳
- 熟悉TCL, Perl脚本为佳
- 有很好的英语沟通能力
- 有很好的团队工作精神
- 有项目经验者为佳
实习地点：上海
时间要求：每周至少3天，至少6个月

3. Position: Embedded system Engineer
Headcount: 2-4
Requirement:
- Have an understand with PowerPC architecture and
embedded linux.
- Have an experience on boot loader and linux porting.
Working under PPC platform will be a plus.
- Be familiar with driver development and related
specification, such as ethernet, USB, I2C, SATA,
PCIE etc.
- Be good at C programing.
- Experience on chip verification could be a plus.
Location：Shanghai

4. Position: Circuit Design Intern
Headcount：2-5
Requirement:
- Master degree or above in Microelectronics or
Electronics Engineering.
- Good at analog and digital circuit design and
simulation.
- Experience in using analog/digital design CAD
tools and correlative software languages.
- Good English reading/writing skills.
Location：Shanghai

5. Position: Circuit Design Engineer
Headcount：2
Requirement:
- PhD/MSEE with circuit design or project experience
in the academic.
- Understanding basic digital and analog circuit
designs and device physics is required.
- Strong capability to analyze circuit simulation
results
- Proficiency in using analog/digital design CAD
tools and correlative software languages.
- Major in analog integrated circuits design and
digital integrated circuits design is plus.
- High accountability and enthusiasm to collaborate
with team members.
- Good command in English language.
- Good at communicating with internal and external
customers.
Location：Shanghai
