Application Engineer (2 vacancies)
Responsibilities:
Ensures the development and implementation of the application training goals t
o all customers after sales in the respective regions in China market
Develops and Manages customer database and relationship
Builds market potential for further business development in the market
Implements best training practices, resource planning, and customer analysis,
with in-depth reporting to DM on all findings
Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and b
usiness, makes recommendations on business strategies
Supports presales promotion on technical-oriented competitive negotiation and
renderings to RSM
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requriements
Master /BA, major in Mechanic / Electronic Engineering/Optic Physics
raining management experiences and technical sensitivity preferred
Good command of English
Working Period: 6-9 months
Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth implementation and operation of SAP system and quotation sys
tem in the Greater China market
Assists the sales and support teams in HK/Macau for a strong perspective of st
rategic and operational marketing
Builds local key account database for further development in the market, reali
stic budgeting and evaulations
Implements best practices, resource planning, forecasting and logistic analysi
s, with in-depth reporting to management on all findings
Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and b
usiness, update the quotation system for right pricing strategies
Channels appropreciate distributors to contribute to smooth servicing of the l
ocal market and profitable growth
Supports customer database and ERP software use
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
-Bachelor Degree or above in business or science，Master degree is preferred
- Solid sales assistant experiences in medical equipment, imaging technolog, o
ptics or microscopy
- Excellent SAP and operational track record, ideally in HK/Chinese strategic
sales and marketing environment for international company
- Technical sensitivity preferred
- Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Work results-oriented
- Assessing contract terms and logically and creatively finding solutions
- Applying appropriate legal requirements to varying situations
- Understand reporting complex financial data
- Use of computer software
- Developing and training staff members
- Team player
- Excellent spoken and written English
