Responsibilities:
- Work in cross functional teams to provide pre & post-sale support of test system for IC industry customers
- Develop test solution of SOC device for customers
- Perform test program development of new SOC device and test program conversion between test platforms.
- Perform test program optimization to reduce test time and increase fault coverage
- Solve the engineering and production problem
- Interact with other members from application development team, division, field personnel to work out the certain solution for customers
- Interface and communicate with customers to ensure the service delivery meet their requirement.

Qualifications:
- 2008 graduates from top universities in China
- Masters degree in Microelectronics, Semiconductor, Electronic Engineering, Auto Control, Communications, Computer Science or related discipline
- Project experience in IC design, IC application development, application support or test engineering will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English skill
- A quick learner under heavy pressure
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interest in becoming a technical expert
- Flexibility to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:
- Work in cross functional teams to provide software development service for IC industry customers and internal team.
- Develop SOC test platform and Flash Memory test platform related software
- Perform test program conversion, development and optimization
- Research, design and implement new software methods and processes of test program development to improvement application development efficiency & shorten turn-around time
- Document all projects and intellectual knowledge
- Interact with other members from application development team, division, field personnel to work out the certain solution for customers
- Interface and communicate with customers to ensure the project delivery meet their requirement

Qualifications:
- 2008 graduates from top universities in China
- Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Strong software engineering skills such as Waterfall Procedure, software testing & quality assurance, and CMM knowledge
- Strong knowledge of software design & development methodologies such as iterative development model, OOP & OOD.
- Familiar with UNIX/Linux platform software development,
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ or Java languages.
- Basic knowledge on electrical engineering will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English skill.

Responsibilities:
- Work together with Software Project Development Team to understand customer requirement, define test ideas and make test plans;
- Coordinate with Software Release Team and Project Development Team, and manage the test execution in discipline;
- Analyze the test result and provide defect prevention recommendations;
- Refine test strategies continuously to accommodate to defined software quality standard
- Provide Software Engineering Process support for domain experts to design, organize, document and maintain software test cases and test suites;
- Evaluate, develop, and implement automatic testing tools and other test management tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the software test organization as a whole.

Qualifications:
- 2008 graduates from top universities in China
- Major in Computer Science;
- Solid Software Engineering Process knowledge and Software Quality Assurance knowledge, and practical black-box software testing experience are must;
- Working experience on hardware and software mixed product is highly recognized;
- Rich project experience on software development or test;
- Excellent English in both speaking and writing.
