Reward Information Services
Reward Information Services (RIS) is one of the key businesses in Hay Group

Internship Program Overview
You will benefit handsomely from the Internship Program with Reward
Information Services in Hay Group China. The program is for promising
postgraduate and undergraduate students who want “a flying start in their
career”.
As you develop and progress with the organization, Hay Group will offer
promising candidates with vast opportunities to undertake more
responsibilities. The Internship Program typically has two formal stages.
Stage 1: Jr. Associate Analyst (Duration: 6 months)
All new interns will join at this stage. During this stage, you will be
provided with the opportunity to understand and participate in the daily
business. Candidates that have demonstrated high potential within this
period will be promoted to the Second Stage of Internship as an Associate
Analyst.
Stage 2: Associate Analyst (Duration 3 to 6 months)
The Associate Analyst level is only provided to candidates who have
exhibited high levesl of professionalism and potential. At this level, you
would have been identified as a high potential for recruitment by Hay Group
or Hay Group’s client.
During this stage of Internship, you will participate as an active member
of the Reward Information Service Team. The participation marks the
beginning of your working life which includes strong business interaction
with our clients.
At the end of this stage, candidates that have demonstrated high potential
will be offered an opportunity to join “Hay Group Graduate-Plus Program”
within Reward Information Service in Hay Group China.
In some circumstances, Hay Group may also provide you with job
opportunities for employment in our client’s organization.
Hay Group Graduate-Plus Program
Unlike most management trainee programs, our Graduate-Plus Program offers
you with the ideal start in the career. Candidates in this program will
receive an attractive starting salary when compared with other graduates.
Graduate-Plus candidates are often earmarked to undertake leadership
positions within the company.
Job Openings
Position 1: Jr. Associate Analyst (Sales Function)
Representative Activities:
- Conduct cold calls with target companies;
- Conduct desktop research;
- Participate in presentation for clients;
- Maintain client records;
- Other supportive work assigned by RIS staff.
Requirement:
- Strong passion for pursuing a career in sales-related field;
- Highly motivated people with outstanding academic credentials and a
strong record of extracurricular activities and leadership;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, energetic, self-motivated and
self-confident;
- Majors in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Marketing,
Economics and Finance are preferred;
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English;
- At least 3-4 days per week is a MUST.
Position 2: Jr. Associate Analyst (Corporate Function)
Representative Activities:
- Conducting data analysis and data cleaning;
- Updating materials for operational procedures and policies;
- Participating in delivering data submission training for clients;
- Other supportive work aligned by Account Manager.
Requirement:
- Strong passion on data management;
- Highly motivated people with outstanding academic credentials and a
strong record of extracurricular activity and leadership;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, energetic, self-motivated and
self-confident;
- Majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Marketing,
Economics and Finance is preferred;
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English;
- At least 4 days per week is a MUST.
