此职位为部门助理,欲寻求深圳市大学的大四学生,最好是重点大学,专业无太大限制。女生、英文好优先考虑。要求能基本保证每周5天的工作时间,从今年的11月份到明年4月份半年时间。具体信息如下:

POSITION TITLE: Service Coordinator (Shenzhen)
SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
Assist Service Sales Team Leader and Service operation team leader to coordinate and schedule all service related requests and activities. Manage all activities related to contract administration and service sale coordination for Service department. Assist Service leaders to handle all administrative related works, and prepare the monthly reports as required. Answer and keep a log on all scheduled field service and incoming service calls, and dispatch the on-duty service engineer to answer the call.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or Business or administration, or an equivalent discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of corporate organization and policies.
