索斯科亚太区2008年实习生（暨人材储备）项目

关于索斯科实习生项目

索斯科最核心的企业文化之一就是力争创造一种珍重、认可并奖励杰出表现的文化氛围来吸引人材，为此，索斯科亚太区在上海（莘庄），深圳（福永、石岩）的三家工厂联合推出有偿全日制实习生项目（实习时间：2008年2月-6月），让学生有机会提前了解企业，提前获取工作经验，提前进行理论与实践的结合。

* 若索斯科有相应的空缺职位，通过实习项目的优秀学生将有机会留用。

- 工程部实习生

  数量: 8名   

  实习地点：深圳福永（1名）, 深圳石岩（7名）

  专业要求：机械类相关专业

- 物料部实习生

  数量: 1名   

  实习地点：深圳福永（1名）

  专业要求：机械类、数学类相关专业

-工模部实习生

  数量:1名

  实习地点：深圳石岩（1）

  专业要求：模具设计类、机械类相关专业

- 生产部实习生

  数量: 5名   

  实习地点：深圳福永（3名）, 深圳石岩（2名）

  专业要求：机械类，管理类相关专业

- 产品工程部实习生

  数量: 1名   

  实习地点：深圳石岩

  专业要求：机械类，设计制造类相关专业

- 人力资源部

数量: 1名   

  实习地点：深圳石岩

  专业要求：英语或英语教育类专业

• 招收要求：

除以上各部门指定的专业要求外，申请成为索斯科实习生的学生均需具备以下要求：

v     2008年毕业；

v     大专或本科学历；

v     英语四级(英语六级优先考虑), 良好的英文口语及写作能力；

v     基础电脑技能，工程类实习生要求能较熟练操作Auto-CAD、Pro-E或SolidWoks；

v     学习能力强，主动积极，善于思考。

为了您更好地了解及参与我们的实习生项目，请注意以下信息及要求：

一、           实习生项目信息发布

v     我们已将此实习生项目的具体信息发布在51job (www.51job.com)，中国人才热线（www.cjol.com ）及各相关的高校毕业生就业信息网上。

v     我们会在2007年10月-11月到部分学校举行现场宣讲及招聘会，并会在这些学校校园内张贴宣传海报。具体的宣讲会时间及会场地点请留意各高校的毕业生就业信息网或51job和中国人才热线。

二、           实习生招聘流程

v     有意者可点击索斯科招聘网站进行提前申请，申请时请留意实习地点（参看附件）及专业要求。

v     参加宣传及招聘会的同学，请携带贴有个人照片的个人简历，相关证书复印件（英语等级证书、计算机等级证书、各类获奖证书及其它资格证书等）和成绩单复印件。

About Internship Program

One of the key cultural elements at Southco is our consistent and enduring value system that allows us to attract talents, therefore, Southco Asia Pacific 3 facilities at Shenzhen and Shanghai will initiate a paid and full-time Internship Program （Duration from February –June 2008）to the students so that they can take the opportunity to get to know Southco, receive meaningful working experience and gain valuable insights into the relationship between theory and practice in advance.
