Internship Description:
You will join 3 teams within the Global Talent Department of UBS:
The Campus Recruiting Team which aims to attract, assess and hire the top tier
talent from major local and overseas Universities in order to provide a pipel
ine of entry level talent that will develop into our future business leaders.
You will act as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator and will work with the Campus
Recruiting Manager to execute best practices throughout the recruitment and ma
rketing process across all business areas of UBS.
The Compensation and Benefits Team which is responsible for designing compensa
tion and benefits related policies to ensure our competitiveness and be an Emp
loyer of Choice. You will have opportunity to involve in compensation and bene
fits survey, analysis and also in the payroll process.
The Regional Customer Relations Management Team which acts as the front line H
R business partner in providing HR expertise to a defined client base, working
within defined UBS Investment Bank HR procedures and parameters.
Your responsibilities will include:
 Assist the Campus Recruitment Team in application screening, organ
izi
ng assessment centers and candidate management, coordinating the distribution
of our marketing collateral for campus events and branding.
 Assist the Compensation and Benefits team in conducting surveys, r
epo
rt consolidation, data analysis, data collection for review and is expected to
provide ideas on workflow improvements.
 Assist and support the Regional CRM team for Investment Banking De
par
tment (APAC) & Fixed Income (Asia) with respect to day-to-day HR operational i
ssue such as workforce & HR activity planning and reporting, compensation and
staff recruitment and core process execution. The role will also expect to wor
k on ad-hoc projects.

Grasp an understanding of Compensations & Benefit function in HR department.

 For this role we need candidates who have not yet completed a Mast
ers
degree (Batchelor degree or non-final Masters students will be considered.) a
nd/or have not finished their university studies longer than 3 years ago.
You will be working with a high-profile team operating on a global basis. You
should be a self-starter, have a positive attitude and a sense of humor, abili
ty to influence, ability to identify new opportunities to develop the diversit
y function as well as work on existing projects. As such you need to be flexib
le and willing to take a project lead or supporting role when necessary. Stron
g client relationship skills are essential.
