职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Troubleshooting for fiber measurement process and equipment problem
-Undertake effective measurement process control
-Improve fiber measurement process and technology
-Improve fiber quality and productivity performance
-Responsible for measurement client software maintenance and development
-Support special contract review and provide technical support for external customer
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above with major in optic-electronic, optic-communication and related specialties
-Solid knowledge of fiber measurement technology and test-set control technology
-Familiar with VB/ VC programming
-Familiar with Process/ quality/ cost control and improvement tools such as DMAIC
-Familiar with QIT and project management process
-Familiar with position related knowledge of ISO9001/TL9000, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 is preferred
-Good written and oral English
-Experiences in optical fiber measurement engineering is preferred
-Good leadership and teamwork are preferred
